I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. When I arrived, they claimed there was no reservation despite pre-paying through Agoda, and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty floors and small toilets, and the manager was dismissive of our concerns.
